Every reading is unique to you and that moment in time.
WHY CAN'T I GET A NEW READING TODAY?
Your reading is tied to the planetary positions of its moment.
Once revealed, it stays fixed for that day, week, or month.
Come back when the period turns for a new reading.
IS MY DATA PRIVATE?
Your birth chart and Kairos Journal live only on your device.
Only the information needed to create your reading is securely processed.
Nothing personal is stored on our servers.
Kairoscope is built and operated in Canada and follows PIPEDA.
WILL I LOSE MY KAIROS JOURNAL IF I CHANGE PHONES?
Your Kairos Journal lives only on your phone. That keeps it private, but it also means it is not backed up automatically.
Your Pro subscription and cosmic name return on their own when you sign in with the same Google account. Your dreams, readings, and Wishes do not.
To keep them safe, save a backup now and then: tap More, then 🪐 Account, then Carry My Kairos, and keep the file somewhere safe, like Google Drive or iCloud.
On a new phone, open Carry My Kairos, tap Bring My Kairos Back, and pick that file.

HOW ACCURATE IS THE BIRTH CHART?
We calculate your birth chart using Jean Meeus astronomical algorithms, the same calculations used throughout modern astrology.
Your Sun sign is exact.
Your Moon sign is calculated from the Moon's position at your time of birth. Without a birth time, it is based on midday.
Your rising sign requires your birth time and location for full accuracy.
WHY DOES THE APP LOOK DIFFERENT SOMETIMES?
Kairoscope follows the real Moon.
Near the New Moon the app becomes darker.
Near the Full Moon it becomes brighter.
It's a subtle reminder that the sky above us is always changing.
WHAT ARE THE AMBIENT SOUNDS?
Kairoscope's ambient sound follows the real Moon. Near the New Moon it is deep and quiet; near the Full Moon it brightens and shimmers with soft bells.
Turn it on or off any time from the More menu, and it remembers your choice.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Cancel any time. Your Pro access runs until the end of your billing period, no matter when you cancel.
Manage or cancel your subscription any time in the Google Play Store: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Kairoscope Pro.
You can also get there inside Kairoscope: tap More at the bottom right, then 🪐 Account, then Manage in Google Play.

HOW DOES DREAM INTERPRETATION WORK?
Dreams are interpreted using dream symbolism, archetypal themes, and your personal birth chart.
The more detail you provide, the more personal your interpretation becomes.

As you record more dreams, Kairoscope begins looking for recurring symbols, themes, and timing across your journal.
Pattern Analysis connects those observations with your birth chart and current astrology, helping reveal meaningful patterns over time.
